Safeguard your belongings with a quality window
Protect Your Home’s Furnishings From Sun Damage
When gas leaks from old windows, it allows UV rays from sun to penetrate the glass and fade window treatments, upholstery, and flooring. Replacement windows have low E and Argon gasses that stop the UV rays from penetrating the glass, protecting the items inside your home and saving you money.
Control Your Heating & Cooling Costs
Stabilize Your Energy Bill and Maintain Consistent Temperatures Throughout Your Home
It takes more than a quality window to create energy efficiency throughout the home. It’s imperative that the windows are installed properly to achieve the desired balance throughout the floors. An improperly installed window negates the comfort and energy efficiency you seek.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I tell if I need to replace my windows?
Things to look for:
- Windows that rattle in the wind
- Air leaking through or around the windows
- Difficult opening windows
- Home temperatures that fluctuate depending on the weather
- Unreasonable amount of condensation or icing on the inside of the window
What makes windows energy efficient?
Attributes to look for:
- Frames made from quality materials that insulate and prevent heat transfer
- Multiple panes with air or gas in the middle for better insulation
- The most energy efficient windows contain argon or krypton between the panes
- Low-E (low emissivity) glass to keep heat in the house during winter and reflect infrared light
- Warm edge spacers to keep panes the correct distance apart and insulate pane edges to reduce heat transfer
Are cheap windows any good?
As long as the new window has Low-E and argon gas, it will perform to a minimum standard.
Is vinyl better than a wood window?
Performance wise, yes. Wood conducts both warm and cold air, which will make your home more susceptible to the effects of the weather. Vinyl can be foam insulated, performing better in all types of heat and cold.
