Frequently Asked Questions
Are replacement products equal to the quality of existing products in my home?
Yes. By law, we need to repair your home to pre-storm condition.
What if my products are no longer available?
Your policy coverage determines what benefit you will receive.
What if the contractor estimate is more than the insurance estimate?
We will contact your insurance carrier directly to assess cost differences. We use third party estimations and measurements to ensure a fair market price for both parties.
Is it too late to file a claim?
Although your insurance policy may have a date of limitations determined, Minnesota law states that you have two years from the date of loss to file and complete repairs on the claim. You may need to contact your insurance to request an extension if you are nearing the date of limitations on your policy.
