Who is covered?
In addition to any applicable coverage under the *Minnesota Statutory Warranty, and without limiting or excluding any of its provisions, when Principles Building & Remodeling performs roofing or siding restoration on your home, you are covered by our **Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty for as long as you own the home.
*For complete warranty details and limitations, please refer to the Minnesota Statutory Warranty, Minn. Stat. 327A provided with your home improvement or repair contract.
**Covered persons are limited to the parties listed on the original home improvement contract.
What is covered?
The Principles Building & Remodeling Limited lifetime Labor Warranty provides that the work will be performed in a timely, diligent, competent, and professional manner, free from defects in the workmanship contributed by Principles Building & Remodeling or its subcontractor(s) to the roofing and siding renovations performed on your home that are a part of the home improvement contract.
What does the warranty provide?
Principles Building & Remodeling will provide all labor and quality materials reasonable required to repair or replace, at Principles Building & Remodeling's sale discretion and expense, roofing or siding that was not installed according to building code, manufacturer's specifications, and ordinary construction standards for as long as you live in your home.
